First click on Photo Galleries.

Then go to the current directory by clicking on the title.

Then click on Add Photos in the menu.

After clicking on Add Photos a pop-up window appears. Click on the Browse button.

A Choose File dialog opens. Select a file from your computer and then click Open.

Then click Upload Now.

After a successful upload you will see a yellow line of text which you can copy/paste into a message.
